Personal data we collect
Contact form
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, on the lawful basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where your enquiry leads to an order, to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Mailgun (Sinch Sweden AB), our email delivery provider, using servers located in the European Union. Mailgun processes the message content only for the purpose of delivering it to us. We keep enquiry emails for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up business, after which they are deleted.
To protect the form from abuse, our server temporarily processes your IP address for rate-limiting purposes. IP data used for rate limiting is automatically discarded within 24 hours.
Email and business communications
We use Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) for our email and business communications. If you email us, or when your contact form enquiry reaches our inbox, your message and contact details are stored and processed within our Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange Online and related productivity services). Microsoft acts as our data processor under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum, and business email data for UK/EU customers is held in Microsoft's regional data centres.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
Content delivery and security (Cloudflare)
This website is served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which we use for performance (content caching and delivery) and security (DDoS mitigation, web application firewall and bot protection). To provide these services Cloudflare processes technical request data, including your IP address, as traffic passes through its network, and may set strictly necessary security cookies (listed below). Cloudflare's processing is covered by its data processing addendum, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website only sets non-essential cookies with your consent, which we collect through the cookie banner (powered by tarte au citron). You can change your mind at any time using the cookie panel or the "Manage cookies" icon in the corner of every page.
Essential (always on)

The Cloudflare cookies are strictly necessary for the security of the site and do not track you across other websites.
Analytics (only with consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. Google Consent Mode v2 is enabled: no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and no measurement identifiers are stored, unless you consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |

Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred outside the UK/EEA. Google's processing is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. The processors involved in this website and in handling your enquiries are our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Mailgun (email delivery), Microsoft 365 (email and business communications) and, with your consent, Google (analytics).
